All orders placed from Australia before 1:00pm AEST during Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays & high volume sale times) will be packed and dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 1:00pm will be packed and shipped on the next business day.

We recommend visiting the Australia Post website for an estimated delivery window, which you can find here.

Occasionally we experience a few minor hiccups and discrepancies with our stock, in which case we will attempt to source the items from our stores, which could cause a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.

To ensure a safe delivery, all parcels will require a signature on delivery. It may be worthwhile to consider specifying a delivery address where you will be present. If no one is present to sign for the delivery, a collection card will be left in your post box explaining how to pickup your parcel.

International orders are shipped via a standard international shipping service. Please note that shipping costs that are charged by Neverland Store do not include any duties or taxes that may be applicable when the goods enter your region.
