Online Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit. The items being returned must be in new condition and must be returned with tags and original packaging.

Unfortunately some items are not eligible to be returned due to hygiene practices, ie. socks and underwear.

Please ensure that delicate items such as hats, caps and watches are packed in a box, and have been bubbled-wrapped where necessary.

To proceed with your return, simply read and complete the packing slip/returns form that you would have received with your order. Mark your return reason next to each item and specify the requested outcome. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly advise that a shipping method that includes tracking is used, as we are unable to be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
