We’re here to help. If you’re not feeling your new threads we’ll refund it without a hassle. Just make sure your items;

  • Still have tags attached
  • Haven’t been worn of washed
  • Returned within 30 days

RETURNING ITEM REQUIREMENTS

The item(s) you are returning must include any original tags and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Caps must be returned in a box to maintain their shape. Footwear must be returned with all packaging.

Some item(s) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; underwear & socks. Items labelled final sale cannot be returned.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. When choosing your delivery method, to ensure your package arrives safely, please keep your tracking number. You’re responsible for your items until they reach us, so if your parcel is unable to be tracked and become lost in transit we will not be able to process your refund.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds will only be given using the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed. You will receive email confirmation once your refund is complete.

IN-STORE ORDERS

In-store orders cannot be returned online, please visit your nearest store to arrange your return.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Neverland Store cannot refund any costs for International Shipping nor any duties or taxes that may be charged by your government upon entry into your country.

 

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
