Return Policy

Neverland Store aims to provide you with confidence in our products and we have fine-combed our return policy to ensure a happy experience when shopping with us. We understand if garments don't fit so we will do our best to accommodate any inconveniences. If you are not satisfied with your product, please return your items within 30 days of receipt.

The item(s) you are returning must include any original tags and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Caps must be returned in a box to maintain their shape. Footwear must be returned with all packaging. Some item(s) cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons, ie. underwear.

If you are needing to exchange a size or colour, or to exchange for a completely different item, we recommend that your purchase the new item/size/colour first, and return the original item for a refund, This ensures that you don't miss out incase the item you were requesting is no longer available. We can then process a refund for the original item once we receive your return.

To ensure your returned items arrives safely, please use a shipping method that allows tracking. Neverland Store cannot be held liable for the cost of postage for returns, nor any items lost in transit.

Please allow up to five working days for your return to be processed by one of our customer support team members. You will receive email confirmation to inform you of the status and actions once completed.

Neverland Store cannot refund any initial costs for International Shipping nor any duties or taxes.
