Gift Card

These online gift cards are digital and are delivered by email directly to the email address entered on the product page. They can be redeem online or in-store at Neverland store.

We currently are unable to offer physical gift cards at this point in time, only by email. 

Physical gift cards are available for purchase in stores, you can find your closest Neverland store here.

Gift Cards purchased online, are digital gifts sent via email. These can still be used in any Neverland Store by providing the gift card number and PIN code when at the counter. To redeem online, enter the card number and pin at checkout in the fields provided.

Gift cards are excluded from all online and in-store promotions and cannot be used to buy gift cards.

Redeem the value of the gift card in multiple or single transactions, any remaining value is stored for future use and there are no fees associated.

Valid for three years after date of issue.

The minimum that can be loaded onto a gift card is $50 and they are also available in $100, $200, $350 and $500.

Gift card is not exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. If you gift card is lost or stolen please have the gift card purchaser contact customer service as soon as possible to cancel your gift card and reissue a digital gift card with the remaining value. Upon investigation, if the gift card value is $0 or your account was not added to the gift card purchase, it will not be able to be replaced.
