Spot clean only. Use a damp cloth with mild, colour-safe detergent to gently clean the surface and sweatband. For dust, use canned air or a vacuum with soft bristles. Always air-dry in its natural shape to avoid stretching.

Avoid the following:
No machine washing or full submersion
No ironing or high heat on embroidery or patches
No tumble drying - air-dry only
Don’t spot clean across colour panels (clean one colour at a time to avoid bleed)
Skip harsh chemicals or dry cleaners

Australia

All orders placed from Australia before 1:00pm AEDT during Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays & high volume sale times) will be packed and dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 1:00pm will be packed and shipped on the next business day.

Occasionally we experience a few minor hiccups and discrepancies with our stock, in which case we will attempt to source the items from our stores, which could cause a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.

To ensure a safe delivery, all parcels will require a signature on delivery. It may be worthwhile to consider specifying a delivery address where you will be present. If no one is present to sign for the delivery, a collection card will be left in your post box explaining how to pickup your parcel.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via Fedex. Please note that shipping costs that are charged by Neverland Store do not include any duties or taxes that may be applicable when the goods enter your region.
