-After Saltwater or Sand Exposure: Rinse your watch thoroughly with mild soap and fresh water to prevent damage from salt or debris.
-Battery Replacement: Replace the battery every two years. Leaving a dead or low battery inside may cause leaks and damage the internal movement.
-Water Resistance Maintenance: Water resistance is achieved with rubber or plastic seals that naturally degrade over time. Have these seals inspected and replaced by an authorized jeweler every two years to maintain proper protection.
-Temperature Caution: Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures (above 60°C / 140°F or below -10°C / 14°F). High heat from hot tubs or saunas can compromise the integrity of the seals.
-Shock Protection: While built to be durable, extreme physical shocks can still damage your watch. Handle it with care in intense activities.

To ensure a safe delivery, all parcels will require a signature on delivery. It may be worthwhile to consider specifying a delivery address where you will be present. If no one is present to sign for the delivery, a collection card will be left in your post box explaining how to pickup your parcel.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express International. Please note that shipping costs that are charged by Neverland Store do not include any duties or taxes that may be applicable when the goods enter your region.
