Call & Collect is a free service that allows you to order the phone with your local Neverland Store and collect your items with contactless pick up outside of the store.
FAQ’sWhich stores offer call & collect?
All of our Victorian stores excluding Eastland, Melbourne Central, DFO South Wharf and DFO Moorabbin are now offering call & collect between 11am-4pm, 7 days a week. You can contact stores via the phone numbers listed below.

NOTE: Victorian residents are currently not permitted to travel more than 25km from their home for shopping.How do I place an order?
- Step 1. Visit neverlandstore.com.au
- Step 2. Check if your local store has stock of your fave items by selecting your size and the ‘FIND IN STORE’ button
- Step 3. Call your local store and place your order over the phone
- Step 4. Collect your order at your local store the same day!
How long do I have to collect my order?
All orders must be collected the same day as the order is placed. After this time, the stock will be available for other customers to purchase and we cannot guarantee availability.How do I pay for my order?
When you arrive out the front of your local store to collect your order, you will need to pay with a credit card or EFTPOS card. You must also have an ID matching the name on your card. No cash payments will be accepted.How do I collect my order?
We will have your order ready to go at our collection station inside our store, once payment has been made the order will be placed outside of the doors to contactless collection.Is there a charge for call & collect?
No, call & collect is a complimentary service.Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can call the store you placed your order with to change or cancel your order.Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, please call your local store to arrange a date & time. Your exchange or refund must be in line with our standard Returns Policy.Can I try my items on before paying?
No, call & collect is a contactless ordering system and all orders must be paid for before you will receive them.Which items can be ordered via call & collect?
All of our items can be ordered via call & collect providing they are in stock at the time of ordering.
